Asbuilt (if Remodel/Addition Project), Initial Design Meeting, Drafting of Proposed Plans, Property Research, Architectural Sheets (Foundation, Framing, Roofing, Elevations, etc.), Structural Engineering from a licensed WA State Structural Engineer, WA State Energy Calculations (WSEC), Site Plan, Submitting for Permits w/ Building Department, Notation Corrections that the Building Department requests during the permitting process.

This Project includes Thirty (30) Hours of Design/Permitting Time. Owner Rep hours and Interior/Exterior Design hours are not apart of or included in these hours. The Project Hours start after the initial concept's delivery and end with the final issuance of building permits. After the included (30) project hours are used up, the Client is charged the Hourly rate per agreement.

Engineering Disclaimer - Clients may choose items that incur additional engineering fees during the design phase. Some examples of typical items are walls 11ft tall or more, Rafters instead of Trusses, Retaining Walls, etc. You will be made aware of anything that needs additional engineering during the design phase before starting work.
